Deer Creek Golf Club Now offers the areas best outing/meeting facility! A newly constructed building offers seating for 180 inside and an additional 40-50 outside on our large wrap-around porch. In addition to the indoor facility, we have a full kitchen with an extensive menu for you to choose from. Your outing or meeting will be treated to some of the best food in Indy. Don't forget to consider us for your Corporate meetings.

 General Information

1.    Seating Capacity - 150-175 people dependent upon whether there will be a dance floor. 

2.    Room Rental - $350 for 4 hours. $150 for extra hour. Closed at midnight. Rental fee is due at the time the contract is signed. This is a non-refundable deposit. 

3.    Catering is on-site - Prices range from $9.50 to $30.00 per person plus tax (8%) and 20% service fee. The service fee includes gratuity, utility costs, room set-up and clean up, and white or cream linens. 

4.    Bartender- $20 per hour for cash or open bar 1. Food Costs- Due 7 days prior to event, with final headcount. 

5.    Security Deposit - $300 refundable, due seven days prior to event .

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and no reservation will be made without a signed contract and paid room rental deposit.
